The First Edition is selling this pure vintage Frederick Forsyth classic first edition book, The Odessa File, published by Hutchinson, that was made into a film by Hollywood in 1974 and starred actors John Voight and Derek Jacobi. A great book to film book
This is a lovely example with the stunning silver dust jacket in Very Good condition with wear to the top edge, small tear to the top of the spine but complete with the price to the inside front flap (£2.00)
The original publisher’s black boards have silver lettering to the spine, and a silver round emblem to the centre of the spine. The boards are in Near Fine condition
There are 309 numbered pages which are in overall Very Good condition being extremely clean and tightly bound with only slight spotting to the edges of the pages (noticeable when the book is closed)
An extremely attractive book to film book and a real classic for Frederick Forsyth in very desirable condition
