The First Edition has for sale Thunderball, the Ian Fleming James Bond book, which
is the first edition from 1961 published by Jonathan Cape. This book comes complete
with its original dust jacket and publisher’s price label attached. This book was
made into a film in 1965 with Sean Connery in the leading role of James Bond 007.
The dust jacket is in Very Good condition with only minor wear to the edges, corners and rubbing to the spine. The price is still present to the front inside flap in the form of the publisher’s label for 16S 0d. A very bright example
The boards are in Very Good to Near Mint condition being only very slightly cocked. The spine with gilt lettering is exceptionally bright.
There are 254 printed pages that are in Very Good condition with only light spotting to the edges. See the Contents Page.
